Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
TaoFlow ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and our email communications.
1. What we collect
Email address — when you subscribe to the free course or our weekly letter. This is the only personal data we actively collect.
Usage data — anonymous, aggregated page views and referral sources (e.g. TikTok, Google), used to improve the site. No cross-site tracking profiles are built.
Order data — when you buy a course or a craft item, the transaction is processed by our payment partners (see below). We receive your name, email and order details, but never your full card number.
2. Payment processors
Digital courses: processed by Creem (Merchant of Record), which handles payment, tax and invoicing under its own privacy policy.
Physical goods: processed by Shopify and PayPal. Your payment data is governed by their respective privacy policies.
We never store your card details on our servers.
3. How we use your data
To deliver the free course and weekly letters you subscribed to.
To fulfil orders and provide customer support.
To send occasional product updates — only if you opted in, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
4. Your rights (including GDPR)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing our support address.
You may withdraw consent for marketing with one click in any email.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
5. Cookies
This site uses only strictly necessary cookies (language preference, session integrity) and privacy-friendly aggregated analytics. No advertising cookies are set by default.
6. Data retention & security
Subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Order records are retained as required by tax law.
Data is stored with reputable infrastructure providers and transmitted over HTTPS.
