Refund Policy

1. Online courses (digital)

14-day refund window: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have watched less than 20% of the paid course content.

How to request: email our support address with your order number and the email used for purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2. Craft items (physical)

Damaged on arrival: send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, at our cost.

Change of mind: return within 30 days of delivery, item unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; the item price is refunded on receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons, incense burners that have been used cannot be returned.

Handmade variation is not a defect (see Terms, section 3) and is not grounds for a return by itself.
